1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.In blender or food processor, mix beans, rosemary, garlic, and lemon juice. (If you're using a blender, you may need to stop and scrape the sides of the canister once to make sure everything blends well.) Stream oil through the top until you reach desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
